Our Classes

One on One (1:1)

Private sessions are the ideal way to learn movement that will change you. Each class is customized to your specific needs, goals, and skill level. While we take teaching and techniques seriously, we also cerebrate freedom to make class fresh and fun. It is great for those who is new to Pilates, high risk of injury or those who just wish to get most out of Pilates sessions.

Semi private (2:1)

Semi-private session is fun with the energy of 2-3 people working together: your friend, family member or partner – to motivate and challenge each other. Like a private session, we work according to your needs and goals we are able to make any necessary changes so that you’re able to perform the exercises.

Group Reformer (4:1)

Our group classes have a maximum of 4 clients per class, allowing us to provide attention to help you learn more about each and every movement. Our small class sizes also mean that our instructors can focus on you with effective tactile cueing

Group Mat and Wall (4:1)

Combine Pilates Mat work with the spring resistance on the wall. The springs on the wall makes it a little easier to master and it is a great way to work on different muscle groups.

Movement Foundation: Step 2+

We encourage you to rediscover joy that movement was intended to be.

Dynamic Challenge: Step 3

Pilates is an intelligent fitness. It will challenge you to work with all body parts. Expect to work on muscles you didn't even know you had, to get into your inner strength. Our intention is to create class that continue to lay foundation of a strong, flexible and aligned body. This class is for you to dance with gravity focusing on dynamic core control. We encourage you to move with joy, focusing on how you feel rather than what you should look like!

Athletic Challenge: Step 3+

Ideal for the Pilates enthusiast who wants to really put their strength and endurance to the test. Expect to work with flow and transitions, higher of load and minimal rest time. Our intention is to craft class that continue to intensify and address your challenge by utilizing full range of movement and adding on load on your system. We encourage you to continue moving as long as it is fun and focusing on how to connect deep within.

WHERE DO I START?

Here at Kinesia Pilates, your progress is important to us, to experience healthy movement at its full potential. That is why we encourage all new clients to complete an initial consultation in our Welcome Package before moving into classes. During physical screening and assessment we will document any of your previous and current injuries, your posture, mobility, flexibility and any goals you may have. We then spend time on your specific issues and some questions that you are not quite sure about. This is also time to introduce ourselves and to make sure that you have a sound foundation of the Pilates basics so you can apply in classes and get the most out of the method. We believed Pilates is a process that is refined over time so it will take a few sessions to settle into.

“In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see a difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”
