When we include our attention to how we move and how it feel, our body will work in synergy and create memory of those movements. Kinesthetic quality is our relationship within our body, it will magnify the healing process of injury or improve artistic and athletic performance and improve how we carry our everyday tasks.

Through practice listening and being connected to body and exploring new possibility in order to know how it feel and to have healthy relationship with our body.

Through creating new spaces, move in and out of them and learn how to function with this additional length.
