OUR PHILOSOPHY

We are grateful to the heritage of Joseph Pilates’ work created since 1980’s. Joseph Pilates called his method “Contrology” and he once said “my method is 50 years ahead of its time”. Today Pilates is recognized and proven worldwide. It is an intelligent movement system and taught on specifically designed equipment.

One of the secrets of Pilates exercise is that we practice each movement with total attention. This way, body and mind are united to bring most benefit possible from each exercise. Over the years of practice, we believe in Pilates as a systematic approach that is adaptable to individual needs, is true and has lasting results. Pilates will improve level of fitness, and overall well-being in the high-performing athlete or a post-injury, at any age, gender or body type.
