Step1

Injuries Recovery with Physio

This program is designed for clients with an acute injury or clients referred by medical doctor. First, Physiotherapists need to establish pain control or prevent any further injuries, then where is appropriate, use manual treatments such as fascia released, joint mobilization, ultrasound and electrotherapy. Then we will introduce movement on equipment that assist your body to heal. The benefits of your understanding how to move will be the empowerment of changes.

Step2

Rehabilitation & Conditioning with Physio-Pilates

This program is designed to release tension, regain your mobility and strengthen the deep muscles together with physiotherapy treatments. Physiotherapists will identify poor movement strategies and work closely with your specific needs. The priority is how to move well and modify exercise to suit your current abilities. We love to see you building a solid foundation of core and body awareness and then apply it to your movement of daily life!

Step3

Conditioning & Strength building with Pilates

This program is design to build further strong, healthy, reliable and intelligent body alongside intrinsic and global musculature and cardiovascular endurance. We are grateful that Pilates exercise is flexible in nature and can be accessed by all; whether it be accessory training for athletes, improving daily functionality for quality of life or applying Pilates principles into functional fitness.

Workshops and Training

At Kinesia Pilates we firmly believe in giving back to Pilates community by assisting students or other teachers to dive deeper in teaching Pilates beyond logbook requirements. We’re all part of a small but passionate industry, and the more we network together the healthier of whole community.
