Our Studio start with a humble home studio since 2019 – one that has organically evolved. We’ve met at Polestars Pilates Teacher training. Even though we come from different background, -art and -medical science but we both share the same passion – Pilates.
Our studio is a welcome space where everyone can find joy on the practice of Pilates surrounded by natural light. We are well equipped with Reformer, Trapez Table, Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel and new addition, one of a kind, Garuda Apparatus. This include a variety of props such as ball, box, ring, foam roller, wall tower, sling and pelvic stability so we are able to accommodate all range of need and help you achieve your wellness goals. We attract clients by recommendation and word of mouth. Our current clients range from 15 to 70 years of age so everyone is welcome to move with us without fear of judgement. We believe feeling is knowing, therefore, we approach with hand cues for proper feedback. We have witnessed results far beyond the physical level, an overall well-being in our clients.
First Assessment is to get to know you, your body, your strength, goals and any modification you may need. We will make postural assessment, movement analysis, and ask for health history. This insight will help us to plan classes according to your specific need.
Please wear gym or comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. As we bend or move legs up in the air so pants that are too loose might slip up. Socks are encouraged for hygiene reason. If you feel need to use a towel or water bottle please bring one with you. Please arrive 5 minutes before your class.
This depends on how often you attend classes each week and how consistent you are. The best results are seen when visiting 2-4 times per week.
